1. Plan Purchase and User Responsibility

All customers are solely responsible for selecting and purchasing the streaming plan of their choice.
Premium Screen provides access to available streaming plans but does not auto-select or recommend any specific plan.
Ensure that the plan you choose is compatible with your device and meets your requirements. No refunds will be processed for buyer mistakes or ineligible devices.

2. Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is within 30 minutes of purchase.
However, delays may occur due to technical issues, high demand, server errors, or stock unavailability.
In such cases, we request your patience while the issue is resolved.
If you are in a hurry, please reconsider your purchase before placing the order.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:
The selected plan is completely unavailable.
Delivery has not occurred within 24 hours.
Customers requesting a refund or cancellation due to impatience or delay must allow up to 24 hours for the process to complete.
Once initiated, refund processing time depends on the payment gateway and may vary.

4. Stock & Availability

All plans are subject to stock availability.
If a particular plan is out of stock, the customer must wait until it becomes available or choose an alternative plan.
No immediate refunds or swaps will be offered for temporary stock-outs.
